Fleurant Signature Health was born from a profound realization: healthcare should focus on preventing illnesses, not just treating symptoms after they appear.
Our practice is founded and led by Jersy Fleurant, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of diverse clinical experience. Jersy completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing with high honors from Nova Southeastern University. Her expansive medical career spans urgent care settings, skilled nursing facilities, and extensive years within acute hospital medicine.

While managing complex, advanced conditions in the hospital, Jersy repeatedly saw patients suffering from severe chronic illnesses that could have been modified, delayed, or entirely prevented through early intervention, lifestyle adjustments, and proactive education. Witnessing this gap in traditional healthcare inspired her to step away from the assembly-line medical system and establish a clinic where patients are treated like partners, never a number or a brief insurance claim. Jersy has since pursued advanced, specialized training in hormone optimization, medical weight management, and wellness-centered care to give her patients the tools they need to thrive.

Outside of her clinical practice, Jersy is a wife and a proud mother of two children. Navigating the daily complexities of family, professional life, and personal health reinforces her conviction that wellness is essential to achieving our highest potential.
