No Doctor-Patient Relationship Formed by the Website
Content on this website is informational only and does not create a provider-patient relationship. A clinical relationship is only established after you enroll in a program, complete required intake and consent forms, and meet with a licensed provider.
Booking, Fees & Cancellations
- Program fees, membership pricing, and any evaluation costs are disclosed at the time of booking or enrollment.
- We are a direct cash-pay concierge practice and do not participate in insurance networks.
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies are provided during onboarding. Missed appointments may be subject to fees.
Third-Party Booking Platform
Appointment scheduling is provided through a third-party booking platform. Your use of that platform is subject to its own terms and privacy policy, in addition to ours.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Fleurant Signature Health or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
