Fleurant Signature Health provides accessible, professional primary care services designed to serve you when you are ill or when you require accurate medical documentation. We reject the long waiting lines and brief, five-minute appointments of traditional clinics. Whether you require prompt treatment for an acute illness or need an administrative physical for school or work, our services are readily available to both our ongoing clinic members and the general public on an à la carte basis.

Sick & Acute Care Visits

Clinical Scope
When you are under the weather and cannot secure an appointment with a traditional provider, we offer convenient evaluation, diagnosis, and care for acute conditions — including cold and flu symptoms, acute sinus infections, seasonal allergies, sore throats, persistent coughs, and urinary tract symptoms (UTIs).
What's Included
A comprehensive physical or virtual assessment, an accurate diagnosis, customized treatment recommendations, prescription coordination sent to your local pharmacy when clinically indicated, and any necessary return-to-work or return-to-school medical documentation.
Pre-Operative Medical Evaluations

Clinical Scope
A comprehensive pre-operative physical examination designed to verify your health readiness for an upcoming scheduled surgical procedure. We perform a detailed review of your medical history, cross-reference your current medications, check your vital signs, and complete your required surgical documentation.
Patient Requirements
Please arrive with your surgeon's specific clearance forms and all completed pre-operative diagnostic tests. These medical records must be physically available during your visit so we can execute the clearance. We provide direct coordination with your surgical team whenever necessary.
School Physicals

Clinical Scope
Thorough, comprehensive physical checkups required for institutional school enrollment. We review your child's developmental medical history, record vitals, conduct a full physical safety assessment, and complete all required institutional forms. Most school physical documents are finalized during your visit and returned to you the same day.
Patient Requirements
Please bring all required school forms and up-to-date immunization records. Note: We do not administer immunizations at our clinic. All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Pre-Employment Physicals

Clinical Scope
Detailed physical examinations tailored for workplace safety and occupational onboarding. This evaluation includes an operational review of your health history, vital sign tracking, and a comprehensive physical capacity assessment.
Patient Requirements
Please bring your company's required medical forms, complete immunization histories, and PPD tuberculosis screening results if explicitly required by your employer. Forms are completed in-office and returned to you the same day.

Can acute sick visits be performed via telehealth?+
Yes. Many acute conditions can be evaluated and treated via secure telehealth, and prescriptions can be sent directly to your local pharmacy when clinically indicated. If an in-person examination is required for safe diagnosis, we will let you know and coordinate a visit.
Do I need to be a member to book primary care services?+
No. Our primary care services are offered à la carte to both members and the general public. All appointments are booked in advance to protect your time and ensure an unhurried visit.
Do you accept insurance for primary care visits?+
We operate on a direct cash-pay model. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible primary care services. Documentation can be provided upon request.
